We use our secret brownie recipe base for all of our brownies!
The brownies are topped with a variety of toppings according to their flavour name.
Secret Brownie Base: Unsalted butter, Callebaut semi-sweet chocolate, local organic free range eggs, coffee, pure vanilla extract, organic cane sugar, unbleached flour, baking powder, pink Himalayan sea salt.
Gluten Free Brownie Base: Unsalted butter, Callebaut semi-sweet chocolate, local organic free range eggs, coffee, pure vanilla extract, organic cane sugar, Anita’s Organic oat flour, baking powder, pink Himalayan sea salt.
Vegan & Gluten Free Brownie Base: Earth Balance Vegan butter, dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate, organic flaxseed powder, coffee, pure vanilla extract, organic cane sugar, Anita’s Organic oat flour, baking powder, pink Himalayan sea salt.
Vanilla Ice Cream: Whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, organic cane sugar.
Coconut Ice Cream: Organic coconut cream, coconut milk, vanilla extract, organic cane sugar.
